Event Add-Ons

Event Packages

All branding orders must be placed at least four (4) weeks before the event.

Package Delivery Guidelines

  • All packages must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event.
  • Please ensure each shipment is logged in the package tracker (source of truth) upon dispatch.
  • For items that require assembly or sizing, include a detailed instruction guide either within the package or sent via email in advance.
  • For packages requiring return shipment, please allow up to three (3) weeks following the event.
  • Return labels must be provided by the client and sent via email.
  • UPS is the recommended carrier.
